Our new client consultation includes everything you need to tackle your skin concerns with a holistic approach for long term results:

An in-depth discussion of your skin concerns and goals

A look into lifestyle, diet and medical history

A skin analysis

A bespoke skincare plan with medical grade product recommendations

A bespoke treatment plan

If agreed, clients must be willing to see a treatment plan out. This means following the bespoke treatment plan and not adding anything into this. It is difficult to continue treatment to a high standard if plans are not followed correctly.

Appointments can be rescheduled but any cancellations or no-shows within the 48hr time frame, will be asked to pay for the appointment. It is difficult to fill spaces at such short notice, especially when clients are on scheduled treatment plans.

Pre payments for block bookings and deposits are non-refundable.
